From-the-Fridge Pizza
Serves 1
- 1 large Lebanese bread
- 2 tbsp. pizza paste
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (whatever cheese you have)
- 1 cup mixed bits from the fridge (pepperoni, olives, capsicum, capers, cherry tomatoes etc)
- Preheat your pizza oven/ stone.
- Spread the flat bread with pizza paste.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Add 'from-the-fridge' toppings.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
