Thursday you can catch Phil Dudman with his talk about prepping your patch for Spring….have you got your veggie planting plan ready? And drop by the Cook’s Garden Stage and catch Roslyn McCarthy with her tips on growing and using cumquats…one not to miss!

On Friday chef Matt Golinski talks about cooking with native bush foods that you can grow at home and Megg Miller will share info on the Kitchen Garden stage keeping chooks – getting back to basics!

On Saturday and Sunday you'll find Gardening Australia’s Costa Georgiadis.
